What do you want to be when you grow up.

When u grow up spiritually?? What you aspire to be in the church? 
Elders, preachers, Bible teachers, 
Eph 4:15 Growing and becoming like Christ. Becoming a servant of Christ. 
Romans 6: 18 we having been free from sin, we become slaves of righteousness. Slaves to God. 
Gal 5:13 We become servants of God and serving one another. 
In the world the leader is to be served, in Christ the leader is the servant.

Who is a servant leader?
The one who gives his time, effort and resources to serve others. Working for the good of others. 
servanthood is the characteristics of leadership in the church. 
Did Jesus practice servant leadership?:Yes he did.
He being God thought it not robbery to be equal with God....but humbled himself....  even as the son of man came not to be served but to serve and give his life for many.
